Project Summary
The additions to Emerald STEAM Magnet School consist of a new Gymnasium / Multipurpose Building, Administration Building, Food Service Building, and associated site improvements. The school has an enrollment of approximately 900 students, and these additions will support the school’s Vision of being a model of educational excellence, global citizenship and innovation. The project was delivered utilizing the Design-Build process.
