Administrative Office and Operations Facility

Project Summary

The new administrative office and operations center for Western Municipal Water District (WMWD) was built to meet their customers’ needs. WMWD designates specific facilities to be available for use by local government agencies and nonprofit organizations. Facilities designated to be available for public use include a community room, training room, operations public conference room, and the water-wise landscape garden. The operations center is a partnership with the Riverside County Fire Department. WMWD’s new headquarters building and operations center both achieved LEED certification.
