In keeping with the BOG culture of providing career opportunities for all employees, we are pleased to announce that Shahriar Haghdoust has been promoted to Assistant Manager for our BIM/CAD department. Shah was hired just last year and has quickly become a valued member of our team through his skills, initiative, good nature and terrific attitude.
With a degree in Civil Engineering, Shah was working at a local architectural firm. While working there, he noticed our name on some structural drawings and sought us out for employment. Shah’s experience and skills fit perfectly into the kind of projects designed at our firm. His department, headed by BIM/CAD Manager Tim Hulme, is responsible for creating accurate Revit models that reflect the results of our structural engineering design. All of us at BOG say “congratulations” to Shah on his promotion.
Building a Culture of Thanks
To acknowledge Shah’s new position, BOG employees went to the Yardhouse, located a stone’s throw from our office at the Irvine Spectrum, to toast his promotion. Following the toast, Shah offered very heartfelt thanks.
“The career advancement here at BOG Constructions has been wonderful. I am grateful that my value was recognized and I am thrilled to have been promoted to the next level. I look forward to taking the Engineering Licensure to further my skills and career as I continue to support the BOG team.”
Tim got his two cents in as well saying “Shah is our Revit master and an all-around happy guy, and we couldn’t get along without him.”
